Private Sessions for Beginners

Private lessons bring out improvements to oneʼs mental and physical health and can help a yogi achieve their personal yoga goals. New yogiʼs can feel overwhelmed in a typical class setting, particularly during the first few classes; it may seem difficult to keep up. Personal flexibility might require a little work before it becomes easier to get into different poses. A private yoga instructor shows each move personally and can help improve form immediately, which makes it easier to get started.

Private Sessions for Advanced Yogis

Although beginners can benefit from private lessons to gain confidence and learn safe practices, private lessons also are beneficial for advanced practitioners. Private instruction can allow one to take their yoga practice to the next level. Having a one-on-one session allows the advanced yogi to focus on a particular pose they have been wanting to learn. They can also recieve feedback and get questions answered about their practice, helping the yogi shine inside and out in their regular practice.

Yoga Fitness

 Time to get your sweat on! Yoga Fit not only incorporates the glorious aspects of yoga but includes strengthening the muscles and getting your heart rate up. It's really the perfect combo! 

Deep Stretching

Developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility. Helping to increase circulatuion in the joints and spreading nutrients through the body. This session is wonderful for everyone especially for those who work and strain their muscles often. With the use of bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets to help the body gradually stretch out the tight muscles. We hold each position between 2-5 minuets for best results. 

Chair Yoga

Helping people that may not be able to get down on the floor. Practicing lots of stretching for flexilbilty, breath work for mind and body, balancing for fall prevention, and learning how to roll with the punches of life. 

HIT - High Intensity Training

This is an intense bursts of exercise training. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. My HIT sessions are only 45 min long. 5 min warm up, 30 min workout, 10 min cool down stretching. You'll cuss, possibly cry, laugh deliriously, then feel strong and ready to take on the world...the next day.
